How We Started
At Palmer's Heavenly Hearts Early Learning Center LLC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional childcare and early education services. With over 10 years of experience in the childcare field, we have grown and evolved to meet the needs of our community.
Our Journey:
In-Home Family Childcare: We began our journey as Palmer's Heavenly Hearts Family Childcare LLC, an in-home family childcare service caring for 8 students in 2015. Our focus was on creating a warm, nurturing, and educational environment for young children.
Large Family Childcare Center: As demand for our services grew, we expanded our in-home capabilities to become a Large Family Childcare Center, increasing our capacity to care for 12 students. This growth allowed us to serve more families while maintaining our commitment to quality care and education.
Expansion to a Center-Based Location: On June 10, 2022, we took a significant leap of faith and signed a lease to obtain a dedicated building for our childcare center. This expansion marked a new chapter in our journey, allowing us to enhance our services and provide a more comprehensive early learning experience.
Opening Our Doors: Palmer's Heavenly Hearts Early Learning Center LLC: On October 2, 2023, we proudly opened the doors to our new center-based location. This state-of-the-art facility enables us to care for more families and offer a broader range of programs and services. Our expanded capacity allows us to accommodate infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children, providing a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for all.
Our Commitment: Quality Education and Care: Our experienced and qualified educators are passionate about early childhood education. We provide a well-rounded curriculum that includes interactive and individualized learning experiences, fostering the cognitive, social, and emotional development of each child.

Greetings! My name is Maxine and the kids can call me Ms. Max! I married and have a one daughter who is 35 and a grandson who is 4months old. I have several years of hands-on experience in creating engaging, safe, and nurturing environments for young children. My commitment to fostering developmental milestones through interactive and playful learning experiences ensures that each child in her care feels valued and supported. I'm excited to be part of the Palmer's Heavenly Hearts team and looks forward to helping each toddler grow, explore, and thrive.

Greetings! My name is Janika and married and have two kids ages 26 and 25. I'm one of the Infant Teachers here at Palmer's Heavenly Hearts Early Learning Center, LLC. I find inspiration everyday through working with the babies in the infant room and knowing that I am part of their first learning experiences that will help shape them for the future.

Greetings, My name is Michelle and I'm one of the Infant and Toddler Teacher at Palmer's Heavenly Hearts Early Learning Center LLC. I'm married and have two wonderful children an 18year old and 11 year old. In my teacher role I'm responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our youngest learners. My primary duties includes planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, fostering developmental milestones, ensuring the safety and well-being of each child, and maintaining open communication with parents. I look forward to watching your littlest blessings grow each and everyday.

Greetings, My name is Peggy and I have been working with children for the past 26 years. I have worked with all age groups from 3 years old to high schoolers within the realm of special education. I was an special educator and personal assistant for Talbot County Public Schools. I joined Palmer's Heavenly Hearts Early Learning Center LLC in the fall of 2022 to work with some of her youngest learners the toddler group.
